Due to many submissions over the last two days, the deadline for abstract submission has been moved to 20 - April - 2022

Abstract submission will be handled by EASYCHAIR.

Submitted ABSTRACTS can be updated at any time until 20-Apr-2022.

Ιnstructions for online abstract submission

  1. Abstracts are submitted online with the Easychair system by following this link (when open). 
  2. You need to sign up first for an account in Easychair (sign up for an account, unless you have one even from another conference).
  3. Login after establishing your account.
  4. You will be asked to fill in information on all authors as well as three keywords.
  5. As the first keyword, enter the topic(s) / special session of the conference.
  6. Upload the abstract from the “Upload Paper” link located at the end of the submission page. The abstract should be a PDF file. Once you prepare the pdf file, click the “UPLOAD PAPER” button and press submit.
    • Prepare your abstract using the template below. When done convert your file to PDF.
  7. You will receive an automatic reply that the paper was submitted for evaluation.
  8. You can update your submitted abstract any time.
  9. For each abstract submission, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.
